My Body Knows What It’s Doing!

Happy Saturday to everyone and welcome back to the blog! It is a beautiful and sunny day here in Elizabethtown and it is slated to get up to 92 degrees today, damn! Right now, however, it is the cool crisp morning air that we all love so well and the birds are up singing and harmonizing and I have a huge cup of coffee to get the day started right! Today is my mother’s birthday and she is the most amazing and loving human being I have ever known and I appreciate her more every year I am on this earth, Happy Birthday Momma! Let’s get into it.

Yesterday I had a really nice workout and the great thing is I added my shoulders into my workout with chest and triceps so I’m really excited about the new growth potential because my shoulders need work! The entire routine was about 40 minutes or so but I pushed it and did the best I could do, plus I fasted as I am now and those workouts are the best! My gym has opened the outside pool so while the parking is a little more packed the gym itself actually is a little less crowded so I’m able to get to just about anything a lot easier than when school is in session. It’s weird how sometimes I sweat super bad and other times I don’t as much even with the same type of intensity, I really need to do more research into this! Anyway, my workouts are coming along just fine and I am still rotating between walking and days at the gym. Sometimes I’ll take a day off and other times I just keep going every single day, I just try to listen to my body and not my mind because my mind still tries to find a way not to workout.lol. It never fails that while I may have to talk myself into going to the gym and walking I have yet to feel bad about it afterward! In fact, I always feel amazing which makes it that much more frustrating to fight with myself about going in the first place, I mean I made the goals so I need to follow the plan.lol

My diet has been really exciting lately because not only have I been trying new recipes but I have been fasting really well lately! Typically I eat between 2500 to 3000 calories a day but with my recent alternate day fasting I’m only really feasting every other day a basically so I’m giving my body time to rest and properly digest my food as well as time to burn stored fat! I’ve been doing keto and low carb for awhile and the most powerful thing I have discovered in my journey is fasting! It’s not even close because when we eat is just as important as what we eat! This makes sense but for an obese guy like me to truly understand this way not only eye-opening but it completely changed the way I view eating. Now I feel less worried about how much I eat and focus more on the times I’m not eating and that has made all the difference in the world! In a feed state(eating) you are basically not burning fuel you are storing it, when you fast(not eating) you are burning fuel, it’s just that simple! Think about how powerful that is, if you give your body time it will run out of stored glucose in your liver and have no choice but to start burning fat storage, that’s what it’s there for, it’s stored for later when you are not eating because the body doesn’t stop using energy ever! We are energy using machines and once we learn how to control which energy we use it really changes the conversation from calories to energy, from calorie restriction to Insulin restriction and that my friends is why my diet has been so much better. Now I understand that I don’t have to be perfect with what I eat I just have to be aware of what certain foods do to the hormones that regulate fat loss!

So with this new found information and the information is ancient it’s just new to my brain, I am continuing to push the boundaries of my own limitations as it concerns losing body fat and being a healthier man. The fasting aspect is completely saving my life every single time I use it because it is allowing my body to do its job and keep me healthy, it’s my job to listen and participate but it is the job of my body to regulate my health! In better terms, I just need to get the hell out of the way and allow my body time to do what it was designed to do. It was designed not to simply keep me alive but it was designed to operate at an optimal level! The body knows what to do, my job is not to muck it up with a lot of things that don’t belong inside of it. The greatest thing is even when I do put horrible things in sometimes it performs the proper procedures to get that toxin out of my system! MENTAL GAME

Good morning everyone and welcome to Tuesday! I apologize for missing Monday but if you read on you will understand why! I do wish that all of you started off the week on a great note and had an amazing day yesterday because I know that today will be for you! The kiddos have the day off of school because of the election so the house is going to be busy with Xbox wars and all kinds of crazy movies. Truth is, I wouldn’t have it any other way because I am truly blessed to have people in my life who truly and sincerely love and care for me! My heart is truly overwhelmed sometimes at just how much the man above has blessed me!

Yesterday I was going to go to the gym but I woke up with a really bad pain in my left lower back area. On Saturday there was a great sale on bottle water at Kroger and I bought several 32 bottle cases! When I went to lower one of the cases into my cart I felt a little strain but I thought nothing of it and I just kept on shopping. I even loaded all of them in the truck with no problem but when I got home my back was a little achy. Since I lift weights all the time I just stretched it out as good as I could and I felt o.k. Well, when I woke up Sunday morning I must have slept on it wrong or perhaps it got cold because when I rose out of the bed my lower back said ” Hello there I will be hurting you with excruciating pain this morning!”, it certainly delivered on that promise because for about an hour it was really very painful! So instead of going to the gym, I decided I would take a walk yesterday to stretch my back out, get it nice and warm and maybe get a good cardio workout! It turned out to be an awesome idea and even though my back was fine it certainly tightened up after I got home and did a lower body workout. The stretching was great but again my back was still really sore this morning so I went to bed early so I could get up and either hit the park again or the gym. This morning it hurt pretty bad so I decided to do the seated bike for about a half hour! Now some of you might think that I shouldn’t have gone for a walk yesterday or performed a lower body routine and that this morning I should have slept in. Here’s the thing it’s o.k to chill if you are in pain because your body is telling you that it is healing you and all but it’s not an excuse to just throw in the towel. I’m an obese brutha and if I wait for it to feel normal and just sit around the house it won’t do me any good. See, there’s victory in the pain yall! How? You ask? It’s a mental thing for sure but if you make your body go to the gym or take a walk when you’re not feeling 100 percent then how much easier will it be when you’re at full strength!? You have already trained your mind that no matter what situation you can do something, anything that will help you get to your desired goal! Now when your healthy and have no ailments you already know you better get your ass up and go because if a sore back version of you went, then the fully capable version of you has zero excuses! That’s my view on it anyway so I’m going to just do some type of cardio every single day this week until my back says I don’t need this damn heating pad and I can get back to lifting!

My diet has been really basic lately. The baked chicken here, Keto coffee there and even some green smoothies were thrown in for some healthy balance! What I am noticing about myself is that I can’t do cheat meals as often because I have not yet mastered how to do them! When I have a cheat it usually involves a couple hundred refined processed carbs and my body just doesn’t know what to do with itself! So armed with this new information I will not be having any cheat meals for the rest of this month as well as June! Also, my fasting schedule will be doing a 24 hour fast 3 days a week to get my body back to a higher level of fat burning! You guys already know that it’s not just what you eat but when you eat and the longer I go without eating then the better my body runs! Now, I don’t do more than 48 hr, fasts ever because I really don’t feel the need just yet but if it’s beneficial down the line then I will certainly look into it. Please hear me on this Fasting is not for everyone and if it’s too difficult for you to do then please, please, please don’t do it! I don’t fast because I’m into torturing myself I do it because it has healing benefits and because when it comes to fat loss I believe there is no better tool on the planet!

Well, I’m outta here guys and girls I will be chillingly letting this heating pad do what it does and getting my steps in around the house today. Enjoy today and don’t take it for granted because this day will never come again homies! See Ya!

The Decision to change

Screenshot_20180519-122106.jpgHello and happy Saturday morning to everyone! I have been super busy lately but I wanted to drop in and see how everyone was doing! It’s an overcast day here which is fine because it has been super hot here in Ky. lately! Don’t get me wrong I’ll take this over snow and rain every day in a heartbeat! I pray that you all have been doing well and chasing your dreams. I haven’t posted since Monday and it fills like an eternity for me because I’m used to posting at least 3 days a week. Let’s sit down, grab a fresh cup and let it do what it do!

The gym has been a challenge lately with all the change and trying to figure out a new workout program. When you have gotten into a good rhythm with your workout it’s hard to change it up without feeling a little letdown. I’ve been going heavier weights but I notice I don’t seem to be feeling that sense of satisfaction of knowing that I gave everything I have. When lifting heavy I’m so worried about the proper form that I’m not doing as much because I want to avoid injury. So I’ve decided to just go back to my regular routine and just move up in weight progressively until I get comfy in the higher weights. The other change is I am doing more walking outdoors for stamina. To make it challenging I have been picking a distance and making myself do more and more each week so that I can get used to carrying my weight for long distances. I figure if your my size you should use your weight as an advantage and while I’m walking I know I burn tons more calories than the average person.lol. For now, I’m doing my walks 3 days a week and doing 1 session of cardio in the gym with machines just to change up the pace. I’ve been bringing my camera along and taking pictures so you know I’ll be sharing as I go on more and more walks.

I have been really examining my diet closely as well and I feel like I can do a lot better with limiting my carbs and adding back in more green leafy veggies like back in the day. I’ve been doing Carnivore Keto and while I dig the quicker fat loss I’m finding that my body doesn’t feel as good as when I have my smoothies and salads. So I’m bringing back my smoothies and salads! lol. The grocery haul this week includes my good ole friend cauliflower which I will be using to give my eating routine some more flavor. I also bought some magnesium citrate and some lite salt to make some Ketoaide to help with my fasting. This week I’m thinking of having more chicken and vegetable casseroles and a few vegetarian dishes because I have been eating a good amount of meat but maybe not enough healthy fats. I love delicious food and it certainly helps to have a way of eating that allows you to eat the foods you already love but after a while, the palate wants more and I will give it what it wants! If any of you have been making some great recipes that are low carb I would love to hear from you, I get so many great ideas by following some of you on Instagram!

 

I wanted to end the blog writing about a topic I am passionate about. The decision to change! The journey to health and wellness is certainly a difficult one at times. It will truly test your patience and resolve. You will have days and even weeks when you just don’t have it and you miss a scheduled workout. There will be times when you eat food you know is completely against your diet. Further, there will be mood swings and real-life situations that will have you all in your feelings as it’s called. Just keep in mind that when you have changed those times will not beat you because you will get back. When you have made the decision to change your next meal after 2 weeks of binging will be the healthiest one you could make. When you make the decision to change it is important to remember that you don’t stop being change because you slip up or stumble, no! no! no!  When you make the decision to change, YOU ARE CHANGE! Change takes over and it will bring you back to good, back to where you have decided you want to be, this is precisely why change requires so much because once you have made that decision, you BECOME that CHANGE. 

CHANGE IS INSIDE OF YOU!

519!

Here we go again another Magic and fantastic Monday is upon us all. I hope all of you had an amazing weekend as I did! It was an amazing weekend but laid back enough to truly enjoy the blessings.lol. There is nothing better in life than celebrating other’s and Mother’s day was a great chance to do that! Hopefully, you all enjoyed yourselves and exercised cautious recklessness this past weekend.lol.

Sunday was Mother’s day so we had a little celebration to show the mom of the house how wonderful she is. Then we made sure all the moms in our lives got some love as well! I made a point to hit the gym hard Saturday night because I knew we had some birthdays and celebrations going on. I focused on doing a heavy back exercise and then some nice steady state cardio before leaving. The jury is in and the verdict is I love lifting heavier than normal and I can truly feel the difference the next day after! I made a promise that I would get a certain amount of gym time in and I was able to do just that! I’m super happy with the work I put in this week which leads to my good news…

I’m back down to 519 which isn’t the lowest I’ve been but it’s the trend that matters and I’m back on track and headed down instead of up.lol. I’m very excited about my turn around and I truly owe it all to God and the changing of my last meal of the day to early in the afternoon! It really has made all the difference and I feel amazing! You know me I wanted to get 515 but hey I’ll take the loss as long as it’s going in that direction!

My diet has still been mostly Carnivore Keto but this week I will be adding back more of those fresh green smoothies to give my body those essential green leafy nutrients I feel we all need. After that, you guessed it, I’m going right back to more Carnivore because the way I feel is simply amazing right now and I’m all about what makes me feel the best! I really did have a lot of carbs do to the wine tasting this week so that won’t be an issue this week, I’m sure all the wine will be gone by tonight. Ha Ha! We have certainly been tipping it up lately but I can’t complain it’s been marvelous!

Get To Grindin’

Well look what day it is today, it’s finally Saturday! The sun is bright, the birds outside got their acts together and have agreed to celebrate this glorious morning with us! We are blessed to see another weekend, another day for that matter, so sit back relax and let’s chat a few about what’s goin’ down!

I am Change! Last night because of schedule I had to hit the gym later than usual and I mean it was 11 pm as I walked in the door! We all have scheduling issues so we just have to work around them the best we can and last night was one of those times! What was even crazier is I was still in a rush because I had to pick up my fiance’ so I hit the weights running.lol. Normally, I never lift triceps and biceps together but since my workout wasn’t heavy I decided to change it up and I must say it was really worth it! My muscles were absolutely screaming at me, my skin was raining sweat and I was winded for real! Great workout! My cardio got a boost because I did some walking and exercise in front of the big screen and then I went for a cool and relaxing walk. The Veteran’s Park here in Elizabethtown is truly a beautiful place to take a stroll and the monuments surrounding give you a true sense of pride about the sacrifice that so many have made for us all. Don’t worry homies you know I’m going to include pictures, it was awesome to do some picture taking all in the name of fitness! Ya boi hit his step goal and got more than an hour of activity on my tracker and that’s without the gym visit last night!

I must tell you if you are doing fasting and your schedule allows it then you should try eating your last meal at 2:30 in the afternoon! Not only does it allow me to break my 18 hours fast in time to enjoy my morning coffee but it makes your body feel super lean in the a.m! Now last night I can’t front I was super hungry but that was my fault because I didn’t space my 2 meals out enough, plus I only eat 2 meals and not 3 like most people. Y’all already know I have so much more weight to lose so 18-hour fasting helps fat loss in a way nothing else ever has in my opinion! Yesterday I broke my fast with good ole turkey bacon with melted cheese and my customary large cup of coffee. I basically had a zero carb breakfast and that really helps to get the day started even though I know most have their carbs really early I prefer this route. O.K now I know I eat a lot of baked chicken and if there’s ever an outbreak I’m probably going to be ground zero for those infected because I love it but I made butter baked parmesan chicken and my gosh I found one with this recipe!  I was just playing around and decided to mix some grated parmesan with my melted butter and I drizzled that buttery mix over my chicken and let it coat in the oven and it came out so fire! I mean straight blazing!

A word about sleep! One of my goals lately has been to really focus on my sleep and get a certain amount no matter what. My fasting time has really helped and I have noticed that my body has really responded and I feel a lot better. For my bigger folks out there sleep is so very important to our overall health because we tend to overlook it but I’m telling you it makes all the difference in the world. Not just getting great sleep but also having a set time to hit the sheets, your body will thank you I’m telling you!

 

I can’t leave without saying thank you so much to those of you who bought my new flash fiction novel! I’m truly blessed to have people around like yourselves that help me reach my true potential! Marcus London: Crime type 1 is an amazing story with a hero who has type 1 diabetes and it brings tears to my eyes to bring awareness and support this movement. WHOA KEMOSABE!

On the get back Tour I managed to lose 6 pounds while sitting in the truck all day and night driving. I had no idea that I would actually lose weight on this trip. Sure I pre-planned several meals and I took snacks but I still had burger king and Popeyes chicken with my kids when I went to visit so the whole trip wasn’t 100 percent Keto. That’s the reason for the surprise that I had lost that much, this morning marks the 1-week mark since I been home and I am up 5 damn pounds! At home, the place where I put my workouts in with furious anger and determination! Since I’ve been home I have been right back in the gym doing my thing and getting my routine back together, the other day I even did 2 workouts to make sure I was getting enough Cardio in! No matter how much I research and study the facts are the facts, that is if I don’t take care of the diet and nutritional side of things it really doesn’t matter how much working out I do!

My change of direction from unhealthy to healthy started with my knowledge of food and what it does to my body. I learned about calories in vs. calories out, I learned about the effects of insulin in the body as it relates to the foods I eat. Then I learned that fasting could be a valuable tool in my journey to lose body fat. Knowledge is power and I felt a new level of enthusiasm in regards to my health and fitness armed with this information.

 

THE FACTS ARE THE SAME NO MATTER WHAT:

Since I have been home I have been lazy with the golden ratio of fat loss, that is 90 percent diet and nutrition and 10 percent fitness! The facts don’t change no matter what, I have not paid attention to my fasting schedule since I have been back, nor have I truly stayed low carb and healthy with my eating. The other night I had food late which I never do and then we had fried chicken with regular flour instead of using my delicious pork rinds! If I throw in the fact that I have had several small pieces of candy here and there then I can’t be surprised that I gained 5 pounds. I’m aware that weight fluctuates but that reasoning is fine if you know that you are doing things the way you are supposed to do them. I have not been true to the promise I made to myself or those of you who follow my blog. It’s not just the 5 pounds it’s the actions that are the sum total of the 5 pounds!

 

I KNOW BETTER SO IT”S MY RESPONSIBILITY TO DO BETTER:

 

Listen, when it comes to fat loss and the journey of health and fitness there will be up’s and down’s, times when things don’t go according to plan, that’s just life. However, it does not excuse us from doing everything we can to make our lives better. I know what eating without thinking about why I’m doing it is devastating for me, I’m aware that with every passing year that I stay at an obese size I am playing with the higher risk of so many horrible complications. More importantly, I am acutely aware that not sticking to the plan I have set forth for myself will never allow me to reach the goals I have constructed! If you know better you should do better!

If you find yourself in the same situation that I am currently in I want you to ask yourself this question: Am I done yet? Are you satisfied with where you are and how you feel about where you are? If you are then chill out and relax because it’s your life and the only opinion that truly matters is yours! As for me, I’m not even close to done! I decided a long time ago that I would change and I aim to see it to the end! I AM CHANGE!

 

So today I will not starve myself but I will fast and eat sensibly according to what I have learned!

Today I will rededicate myself to the mission that is before me and set by me

Today I will be change and stop going the wrong way on my fat loss journey

Today I will no longer beat myself up over gaining 5 pounds but I will certainly beat up the behavior that fostered it and be change!

I promised you all accountability and that’s what I will continue to keep to. While I’m not perfect I will perfect my effort towards my goals! I believe in myself and I believe in each and every one of you!

And here we are at hump day again! It’s the middle of the week and I for one am very happy to be alive! Today is a chance for us to check our progress and see how we are on our journey. Even if it’s not the fat loss like me whatever you are working to improve don’t forget to keep checking to see that your actions have aligned with your goals homie! I love you and I know you can do it!

Today was my day off from the gym but I decided to do some cardio! I have been doing stairs up and down different times of the day. This morning I did it 10 times and I hope to go up a few each day I do stairs until I need to do it outside somewhere. My plan was to go for a walk today but it got really cold and we had a few snowflakes fall today. I was not trying to walk outside in that much cold air when I have stairs here as well as a gym with all types of equipment. lol, I’ll be lifting again tomorrow at my normal time plus doing some cardio early since my fiance’ is off.The key for me is to keep finding ways to move around and keep myself active so that I can let the weight do the work for me! Like I said so many times before I am blessed with so many things one of them being indoor stairs so I can do a workout anytime I want! I set the Fitbit to make sure I got my goal of 10 floors of stairs whenever I perform stairs! Whatever helps right?

 

 

On the diet front, I stayed well under my calorie goals as well as within my macros. I fasted for 18 hours and ate my standard 2 meals. If you are having some trouble finding interesting things to eat please don’t hesitate to ask! I’m pretty boring with what I eat because it revolves around the same 3 or 4 meals all the time. However, I know how to mix it up once and awhile to keep it satisfying! The key is to find a healthy alternative to the things you know you like! It sounds so simple but it’s the truth. The reason I struggled for so long to lose was that I wasn’t aware that I could find food that actually tasted good that were healthy for me. Once I found keto I was able to just plug in the foods I already loved and slowly start to phase out a few things that I didn’t need for my goals. Folks, we live in a world with more information available to us than at any point in the history of the planet and we should certainly use this wealth of info to find a way to have variety in our diet. Damn internet took away my last excuse to get healthy! Ha ha ha.

Longhorn!

I absolutely love Thursday! No one ever gets mad or upset about it being Thursday!  I had a fantastic time last night and this morning was just as amazing so I’m in a great mode and ready to blog!

O.k so last night I went swimming again, however, this time I brought some sense and my fiance’ with me!lol. I did several laps as well as a small workout water circuit and I exited the pool feeling a lot better than the first time! The swimming made the second workout on the same day, earlier I did a fast back and bicep routine while my girl signed up for the gym! I’m very proud of her! Great news I think that 1:30 p.m is the perfect time to workout at my gym! It was really slow and everything was available so I think I’m going to make this my regular time from now on!

 

I did a 24 hour fast yesterday and it felt marvelous! The more I fast the better I feel and that’s just fact. Now I cant see myself doing 24 hours every day but doing it twice a week will definitely help! Going to the gym after fasting that long you would think that you would be really weak when lifting but this is not true at all. My body actually feels like a fat burning furnace when I do a fasted workout! So when I extend the fasting it’s just that much more amazing!

The diet is going really great and according to my app, I’m in a massive caloric deficit so I’ll take it! We went to Longhorn this morning for brunch and I had a baked potato for the first time in 8 months! When I tell you it was worth the wait it was every bit and more! My gosh that baked potatoes damn near taste better than my pork chops which were delicious as well! Of course, you know I got a picture for you yall below!

Good morning on this feezing Friday! Everyone wherever you are please be safe and take it slow if you’re traveling through a lot of bad weather like we are having here in Kentucky! We are expected to get some pretty icky weather here, from freezing rain to snow and beyond.lol. Just because the weather stinks it doesn’t mean I can slack off and so here we go…

 

Because I knew about the weather I got up super duper early and killed a quick workout! That’s 4 of the 6 I need this week to be good again so it’s looking great so far! This morning after the cardio, which is going great at the 30-minute amount I worked chest and triceps with interval training. The gym was unusually active for so early in the morning I guess we all had the same idea about getting it done early.lol. My body honestly feels like I could broad jump the moon today, I am just so full of energy! I think I’m going to need it with all this weather nonsense today!

On the plate yesterday I had more honey garlic chicken with a monster salad and sunflower seeds. My second meal was a smoothie and a small helping of ground sausage with coconut oil and butter. No bulletproof coffee at all yesterday and I’m not really sure why because I tend to have it every day. I gotta tell you guys not counting calories has really helped me relax and focus better on what’s important for me. The fast yesterday was only about 16 hours and it felt just as easy as the other fasts. I’m finally to the point that I can eat when I want to and I know I have a goal for the day as to how long to fast. The only time I plan to count calories is if I have a cheat day so that I don’t go too crazy and stay relatively close 2k calories. I’m thinking of having a cheat day today but honestly, I really don’t feel like I’m craving anything out of the ordinary.

I’ve been reading about everyone’s goals for the new year and I think it’s great! We are coming into the meat of the month of January and this is the time that people slowly lose grip on all those big goals and dreams they wrote down! Please recognize that those goals are important to you and that you can do it and it may start to get easy to miss a workout here and there and get complacent but hold fast. Remember why you made that list in the first place and if you truly want those things, double down on your efforts in the coming weeks. Most polls show that 78% of people stop working on their new years’ resolutions in the 2nd or 3rd week of January. The great news is those people who continue thru the month of January have an 80% percent chance of staying with it! So that tells me that if we can just get thru these tough couple weeks we will get into a rhythm of goal chasing that will continue on all year! I believe in all of you and I know that greatness is embedded deep inside all of us, we can do this! Have a fantastic weekend and have a fun time reaching your goals!

Thursday is always a good day as far as I’m concerned! I hope everyone is having a great and happy week as we get ready to slide into the weekend! Yesterday, we were running all kinds of errands and running around with our heads cut off but we still got everything done, including the workout! I got 3 workouts down and 3 more to go to make up for last week, I’m so serious about making every single week count!

Yesterday workout was fast and very explosive. Interval strength training is kicking my butt but I love it. I only did about 30 minutes of lifting but with only about 10 seconds between reps, my muscles screamed for relief. Even though back and biceps are my worse strength areas, yesterdays workout showed me just how far I have come in those 2 areas! Not only did I increase my weight but I was able to slide from one exercise to the next with no break in between. I’m loving the feeling of having gains in the gym! Today, because of my schedule, I will be doing cardio at home and then waking up at 3 a.m. to do strength training! We gotta get these goals taken care of for sure!

 

 

On the eating front, I am so happy to report I had some bomb honey garlic chicken for dinner last night! I’ll admit I had to take the small hit for honey to my macros but those were my only carbs/sugars of the day so I’m good. Don’t worry I took a few pictures so you all could see! If someone like me can throw this stuff together than anyone can! Had 2 meals as usual and fasted for 18 hours to complete the routine. My fasting is actually getting to be fun because instead of doing just the warrior fasting, I have been doing random fasts to mix my body up and I really feel like it’s working! My tummy has no idea when food is coming it just knows when it comes, there will be lots of greens and some amazing proteins until I get to the point where I can just eat veggies which is my goal later in life!

 

 

 

 

I promised to show you guys my seedlings are coming in and I also want to show you all my cool little ghetto grow box I made out of a tote!

 

 

 

 

I’m growing red leaf and mixed leaf lettuce to start and then some herbs! Hopefully, after this, I can transfer them to a hydroponic system later once I learn more and more! Have a fabulous day homies and I’ll be back to write a little more Friday which promises to be adventurous around here with all the freezing rain we are supposed to get, my goodness!
